Dundee Place is a residential community located in Longview, TX. It was built between 1997 and 2008 in three phases by Yowell Group Inc.

The Dundee Place Homeowner's Association is a non profit corporation organized under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act. It was created in 1999 to serve the community of 74 homes. Membership is automatically granted to the homeowner on transfer of the property title/deed.

The Association is administered by a Board of Directors of nine elected volunteers. It maintains the business affairs and common property that contribute to the overall ambience and property values of the subdivision.

The Board's duties and conduct are set forth in the Association's By-Laws and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DCC&R's), which were established for the Dundee Place Homeowners Association.
