Neighborhood Garage sale
Dundee Place will have it's second Annual Neighborhood Garage sale Saturday, May 14th, between 8:00am and 3:00pm. Mail delivery will be postponed until 3pm. All residents can participate. See Nextdoor for detailed information.

Holiday Lighting contest
The Dundee Place HOA Board is sponsoring a Holiday Lighting Contest. All homes in Dundee Place are eligible to participate. Judging will be December 19, 2015, from 6 to 10 PM.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners. The judges may also award Honorable mentions.
Entries will be judged on:
- Curb appeal
- Originality
- Theme
- Creativity
- Coordination of color
- Neatness and alignment
- Organization of lawn ornaments
All residences of Dundee Place are automatically enrolled except members of the judging committee and their immediate families. Residents who wish not to participate can do so by contacting a member of the HOA Board.
Judging will be based on the display as viewed from the Dundee Place streets only. This will therefore includes those decorations located on the street side of the property and on the pond. Corner lots will be judged from both streets. Judges will not enter the property to view back or side yards.
The contest will be judged by volunteers.

Dundee Place HOA Annual Meeting and Christmas Party

Dundee Place homeowners and their spouses (guests) are invited. We will be taking nominations for the Dundee Place Homeowners Association Board at the meeting. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please notify one of the Board members.

National Night Out
Come join us by the pond near the wagon area Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 6:30pm
Bring chips and dip, cookies, fruit and your favorite drink. Come meet your neighbors and your local policemen and firemen. Hot Dogs, hot off the grill will be provided. Don't forget your chairs.

Recycling and Trash Collection
The city has delivered 95 gallon Trash and Recycling carts with an information brochure.
The program will start on the week of August 18. The city will collect once per week and our day will be Wednesday. One truck will collect the trash and another one the recycling.
The city requests that carts be positioned at the curb, approximately three feet from the street and four feet apart from any obstacles: mailboxes, cars, the other cart, trash bags etc.. The handle of the carts should face your house. See the following video.
The two carts should be set out for collection by 7:30am on collection day. They should be removed on the same day.
